How far in advance should I book colour?

For balayage or colour correction, we recommend booking 1-2 weeks ahead. Cuts and touch-ups can often be booked within a few days.

Do you offer consultations before colour services?

Yes — every first-time colour client gets a complimentary consultation so we can plan the right formula and timing.

What if I don't love my colour or cut?

Tell us within 7 days and we'll make it right, free of charge.

Do you use ammonia-free or vegan colour lines?
